Cancellation Policy

To create or reschedule a RSVP you must book online or directly with Carlotta Jay directly at least 72 hours in advance. Refundable cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of your RSVP. Options for rescheduling must be made in the current RSVP's (7 day) week span, is dependent on Carlotta Jay's current availability and is not guaranteed.
